Charar-i-Sharief, erected in honor of Sheikh Noor-ud-din, the Patron saint of Kashmiris, holds the distinction of being the oldest sacred shrine in Jammu & Kashmir. This 600-year-old wooden structure not only attracts Muslim pilgrims but also garners profound respect from Hindus. Popularly referred to as Sheikh Noor-ud-Din Wali, after the renowned Kashmiri saint who frequented its halls for Friday prayers, this mosque also serves as his final resting place. During the saint's annual Urs, people from diverse faiths converge upon this site seeking blessings.

DAY 3

Flowing gracefully through the scenic Yusmarg, Dudh Ganga enchants with its milky-hued waters. Renowned for its abundant trout population, this river is hailed as a premier angling and fishing destination in Kashmir. Dudh Ganga also serves as a convenient launchpad for various trekking expeditions, leading adventurers to popular routes like Sang-e-Safed Valley, Tatakoti, Romesh Thong, and Sunset Peak, following a refreshing camping stint along its banks.

DAY 4

Perched amidst dense pine forests, the high-altitude Nilnag Lake stands as a gem near Yusmarg. Its azure waters, embraced by towering pine trees and snow-clad peaks, create a mesmerizing panorama. Nilnag beckons adventure enthusiasts with thrilling trekking opportunities, winding through picturesque pine forests and babbling streams.
